Purpose
Career EcoS communities, feeds, profiles, companies, opportunities, collaborations, learning, events, comments, live sessions, and messages exist for career growth, hiring, education, entrepreneurship, and professional support.
Members must act with authenticity, respect, and care for students, job seekers, employers, mentors, founders, investors, creators, and community members.
Safety and respect
Harassment, hate, threats, bullying, exploitation, unwanted sexual content, graphic violence, doxxing, credential leaks, intimidation, and abuse targeting a person or protected group are not allowed.
Do not pressure users through jobs, internships, mentorship, investment, sponsorship, live sessions, comments, or messages.
Authenticity and opportunity integrity
Jobs, internships, collaborations, investments, mentorship offers, events, learning content, company claims, and advertisements must be truthful, lawful, authorized, and not misleading.
Scams, fake certificates, paid selection guarantees, hidden fees, impersonation, credential theft, deceptive application collection, and misleading compensation are prohibited.
Sensitive content and AI media
Synthetic media, AI-generated content, or materially edited content should be disclosed when it affects trust, identity, hiring, investment, public claims, news value, or safety.
Illegal content, child exploitation, terrorism, criminal facilitation, malware, piracy, and instructions for serious harm are prohibited or restricted according to platform review.
Reports and appeals
Users can report content, profiles, companies, communities, opportunities, live sessions, messages, and proposals. Enforcement may include labels, reduced distribution, removal, feature limits, suspension, or legal escalation.
Where available, affected users may appeal moderation decisions through the product flow.
