Agreement and product scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to Career EcoS, including accounts, profiles, networking, companies, opportunities, applications, learning, communities, events, advertisements, verification, AI-assisted features, and related platform services.

If you use Career EcoS for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and to provide accurate organization, hiring, event, campaign, and payment information.

Accounts, eligibility, and security

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, complete required verification steps, and promptly update account, profile, company, or hiring information that becomes inaccurate.

Career EcoS may require email verification, multifactor authentication, organization verification, document evidence, risk review, or additional controls before enabling sensitive features.

User content and platform license

You keep ownership of profile details, resumes, posts, media, messages, applications, company content, events, courses, comments, and other content you submit.

You grant Career EcoS a limited license to host, process, display, moderate, recommend, translate, summarize, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the platform.

Opportunities, applications, and organizations

Jobs, internships, collaborations, events, advertisements, company pages, and application workflows must be truthful, lawful, authorized, and posted in good faith.

Career EcoS provides discovery and workflow tools. It does not guarantee employment, admission, funding, mentorship, sales, investment, verification outcomes, event attendance, or business results.

AI, recommendations, and automation

AI-assisted outputs, rankings, summaries, suggestions, trust signals, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs before relying on them for career, hiring, financial, health, legal, or safety decisions.

Payments, third parties, and integrations

Some services use payment processors, identity providers, storage providers, analytics, email, SMS, live video, AI, or other third-party services. Additional terms may apply at checkout, campaign setup, event registration, or integration connection.

Enforcement, changes, and contact

Career EcoS may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, revoke badges, restrict features, preserve records, or notify affected users when needed for security, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or user safety.

The operator may publish new versions by country, locale, or product. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated version unless applicable law requires a different process.
